Benefits:
brenner24 is a self-service hotel, meaning that you do everything completely independently.
24 hr check-in and check-out – either digitally and online before you arrive or in the bar when you get here. Your reserved room will be available to you from 4 pm. We ask that you vacate your room by no later than 10 am on the day you leave.
You will need your smartphone at brenner24 since our rooms are equipped with digital keys. Yours will be sent to you by email a couple of days before you arrive.
Bed linen and towels (a shower towel, a smaller hand towel and a bathmat) are available in your room. The towels will only be changed if you leave them on the floor.
The final room clean is included in the price.
Breakfast is available for a supplement of €15 per person (day visitors are very welcome). We offer gluten-free and lactose-free products.

We have a 24 hr self-service vending machine for basic supplies, such as snacks, drinks, hygiene items such as toothbrushes and nappies, etc. For baby food and supplies for your pets, please visit the nearby supermarket.

Baby and toddler equipment: Changing table on the 1st basement floor (public bathroom). A bottle warmer, bed rails and baby bath are available only upon request, depending on availability, but without additional charge. Hygiene products such as nappies, wet wipes, and baby food can be purchased at the Eurospin supermarket on the southern edge of the village (150 metres away).
Refrigeration for medication, baby food, opened packages, etc. Upon request, depending on availability, and for a small additional charge, we will provide you with a small fridge.

We are located just 150 m from the start of the Brenner Cycle Route, making us the perfect base for exciting tours. If you're bringing your bike, you can store it overnight in our secure bike garage. As a bike-friendly hotel, we offer bikes of all types and sizes for rent directly on-site, along with quick service and a tool kit for self-service. For major repairs, simply visit our base at the Outdoor Centre Sterzing at the Rosskopf valley station. An e-bike charging station is available on-site – please contact a staff member if needed. Quiet hours: To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, including families and business travellers, quiet hours must be observed from 10 pm onwards.
Pets: Pets are very welcome at brenner24 for an additional fee of €15 per day. However, please bring your own supplies such as a leash, basket, and food. In Italy, leashes and muzzles are a legal requirement. In case of excessive soiling, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee. Otherwise, the final cleaning is included in the price.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire building. The policy applies to all rooms and indoor spaces. Please use the terraces and loggias and the bar terrace instead.
Bike: Please don’t bring your bike into the room — kindly use the bike garage instead.

Tourist tax: Every accommodation provider in the municipality of Brenner is required to collect a fee of € 2.70 per person per night for all guests aged 14 and over, based on the duration of their stay. The tourist tax will be automatically charged to the stored credit card during smart check-out unless it is paid in cash at the bar. In the event of a legal change in the tourist tax, the applicable rate at the time of stay will be charged.

Up to 22 days before arrival: no cancellation fees
15–21 days before arrival: 40% of the total booking amount
8–14 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount
4–7 days before arrival: 80% of the total booking amount
Within 3 days before arrival: 100% of the total booking amount
In case of early departure, late arrival, or no-show, 100% of the booked, even if not used, days will be charged.
